Hands Only CPR

Hands-Only CPR is an emergency technique for teenagers or adults who suddenly collapse, consisting of two steps: calling 911 and pushing hard/fast in the center of the chest (100–120 bpm). As a form of compression-only CPR, it serves as a simple, effective alternative to traditional CPR for bystanders, requiring no mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
